Board Meeting Minutes 07-13-2019

MINUTES OF THE YLRA BOARD MEETING July 13th 2019 AT THE 10th HOLE

Present at the meeting were Kent Warner, Jim Buhil, Marie King, Tony Rutter, and Bob Savage.

The meeting was called to order at 8:08 am by President Kent Warner.

Secretary and Treasure report - As of 6/28/2019 a balance of $103,861.32 was in the check book. Tony Rutter made a motion to accept the Secratary and Treasure report. Bob Savage 2nd the motion. Motion passed.

Meat Raffle – Volunteers are still needed to work the meat raffle. Let Marie King know when you are available.

Membership - Online payment for membership dues is now ready and working. New members can sign up online along with paying the dues. The membership drive set for the 27th of July is ready just final items to do.

Water Level – Jim Buhil reported that water level at the gauge house was 929.91 feet on 7/13/19.

Jim Buhil made a motion to have Dave Guay join the board as a alternate due to resignations. Tony Rutter seconded the motion. Motion passed.
